Amsterdam Vinyl Club Vol 3 turned out to be an important chapter in our story.

For starters, we welcomed our first female DJ to the decks. DJ Gatinha got the room moving with her delicious blend of Brazilian and Latin grooves.

DJ Fresh also made his AVC debut. An experienced selector who regularly plays guest slots at clubs across Amsterdam, it was a real pleasure to have him spinning records with us.

But AVC Vol 3 also welcomed Deepak Nichani and DJ Ermac into our family – two people who’d later play an important role in helping us stage events around the city. And it all started at this show!

Special mention too to DJ Tea & 2 Sugars, who opened the event and debuted his DJ name that evening – sweet choice!

No Amsterdam Vinyl Club show would be complete without crates of vinyl to explore, and Damn Good Records always deliver the goods. From forgotten classics and underground gems to unexpected discoveries, their carefully curated selection keeps crate diggers busy and ensures plenty of records find new homes by the end of the night.
