After the success of AVC Vol 8 at Wanakam, we were delighted to be invited back for a special King’s Night celebration.

Wanakam has quickly become one of our favourite homes for Amsterdam Vinyl Club – a welcoming creative space with a relaxed atmosphere and plenty of room for music lovers, crate diggers and curious newcomers to gather.

The event featured some of AVC’s most loved DJs, including DJ Roland and DJ Tea & 2 Sugars, who both played at our very first show in June 2025.

King’s Night brought a fantastic mix of sounds to the room, from soulful grooves and dancefloor favourites to deeper electronic selections and unexpected discoveries – exactly the sort of musical adventure we love to share at AVC.

It was fantastic to see so many people dancing – especially during Deepak Nichani’s set, when the dancefloor was jumping.

Huge thanks to DJ Ermac, who played alongside his friend DJ Kuver and kindly lent us his DJ equipment for the night. Without DJ Ermac’s support, the show would not have happened.

Shoutout too to DJ Miss Dada, DJ Fresh Fruit and DJ Jaimy, who kept the room moving with fantastic sets and helped make the evening feel like a proper King’s Night celebration.

Looking back, King’s Night at Wanakam felt like another important step in the AVC story – familiar faces, new discoveries and a room full of people united by great music and a shared love of vinyl.
