At Amsterdam Vinyl Club we're giving you a chance to live out your DJ fantasy and play a guest set at BR020, one of Amsterdam's coolest music venues. No experience necessary!

The second Amsterdam Vinyl Club is on Thursday 14 August at BR020 on Marnixstraat 325, 1016 TC.

For the next event, we will be using a ‘first come, first served’ process for choosing guest DJs. This is because there were a lot of people who wanted to play last time but missed out.

But we still have free slots to play a DJ set on Thursday 14 August, so get in touch if you’re interested!

For future events, we will be running a lottery to allocate guest DJ slots. This is how it will work:

• there will be 6 guest DJ slots available

• each DJ slot will have a strict time limit of 25 minutes

• DJ slots will be awarded randomly. DM us on social media or email amsterdamvinylclub@gmail.com. We'll put the names of all potential DJs in a polylined LP inner sleeve, shake them around a bit, then draw the names of 6 winners. We'll then contact the 6 winners directly to arrange the details

• before the show we'll ask you to give us some broad details on the music you plan to play, so that we can tell other guests what to expect

• if you've never DJ'd before, don't worry. The experts at BR020 will be on hand to help you spin those discs
